Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Email us at our contact address with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll confirm the process and return address within 48 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrect product
If your plush arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us with photos of the product and we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
